My Story
I’m Rupal - and here’s the truth: I didn’t start out confident with public speaking. In fact, I had a terrible experience early on. I froze. My mind went blank. Being neurodivergent, the pressure and overstimulation hit me hard and in that moment, I felt embarrassed, ashamed, and completely rejected.
For a long time, I carried that weight, and I know what it’s like to dread speaking up, even when you have something important to say. But over time, I found my way back. Theatre gave me the tools to explore presence and authenticity. Teaching taught me patience, compassion, and how to guide others gently. Comedy and content creation helped me embrace imperfection and connect with people in a real, human way. Slowly, I began to see that public speaking isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being present.
Since then, my journey has taken me from performing on London’s West End stage, to training over 5,000 people to manage nerves and find their voice, to building a community of 19,000+ followers online who connect with my approach.
My coaching blends everything I’ve learned: voice training, somatic practice, improv, grounded performance techniques, and a holistic understanding of fear and the nervous system. I’m also currently completing Internal Family Systems (IFS) training to deepen the support I can offer.
Now, as a public speaking fear coach, voice actor, and creator, my mission is simple: to help you let go of the shame, silence the inner critic, and speak with clarity, confidence, and authenticity - even if your voice shakes. Because I know how painful it feels to go blank, to want the ground to swallow you whole, to think you’ll never get over that fear.
And I also know it’s possible to move through it, to reclaim your voice, and to speak in a way that feels real and powerful. If you’ve ever felt the sting of nerves, the fear of judgment, or the weight of silence, you’re not alone. I’ve been there. And I’d love to help you find your way through.
